Integrative health approach to fitness and wellness

We look at the whole person: How their body functions from the ground up in a movement assessment and, from a static postural assessment. (This gives us and the client a better understanding in to the why their body may be performing less than optimal.)  Then, we design a conditioning program that is tailored to their bodies asymmetries resulting in a stronger, more efficient and functional body as a whole.

Next, health coaching gives the clients the tools to make better lifestyle choices they can adapt to over time.

Finally, yoga therapy techniques allow for a deeper mind body connection, a greater sense of purpose, and a way to cultivate balance, health and well-being. This supports lifestyle management and stress management.

We find that incorporating a more holistic approach, our clients are happier and come away feeling  energized and see an improvement in their health and healing.
