Our Approach—Assessments & Customized Fitness Program

Before even touching a piece of exercise equipment, you’ll meet with us to establish a baseline to help you set realistic goals.  You’ll get a complete understanding of your body through a postural, muscular balance and body composition assessment. Based upon the assessment, you’ll get a program designed only for you custom-tailor an exercise program to your personal needs and lifestyle.

 

Training Philosophy—Improve Alignment & Muscular Balance

You will achieve optimal results safely by using our custom-tailored exercise program that emphasize correcting posture, maintaining proper form and performing exercises in a slow, controlled manner.  Our goal is to help you prevent injuries and decrease any pain you may be experiencing from muscular and/or alignment imbalances. As you progress, your trainer will monitor your improvements and fine-tune your program allowing you to advance to the next level.

How does it work?
  1. 60 minutes initial assessment: We assess your needs, health conditions and personal goals. We’ll perform a postural, muscular balance and body composition assessment. Then, you will decide your personal Training Program.

 

  1. Follow up sessions: we will design your exercise program according your assessment and personal goals. We will work on progressing safely and we will reassess your goals and accomplishments along the way.

Diamond: Meet with our trainer 3 times a week (60min session) – 12 sessions a month: $900

Platinum: Meet with our trainer 2 times a week (60min session) – 8 sessions a month: $640

 

You can come to us!*  Packages at Saint Thomas West Wellness Center

 Gold: Meet with our trainer 3 times a week (50min session) – 12 sessions a month: $720

Silver: Meet with our trainer 3 times a week (30min session) – 12 sessions a month: $420

Bronze: Meet with our trainer 2 times a week (50min session) -8 sessions a month: $520

Basic: Meet with our trainer 2 times a week (30min session) – 8 sessions a month: $320
